Mezzanine Advantages:
- Creates more floor space by putting the air space you own, or lease to work for you.
- Free standing, not connected so can be covered by different (i.e. easier) building codes
- Considered capital equipment, they may qualify for an accelerated tax write off
- Can be re-configured as your business changes: reshaped, expanded, teken down.
- They have value and often can be sold if business needs change.
Mezzanine Applications:
- Any warehouse or manufacturing facitiliy with available air space.
- Placed over machinery, offices, around building columns, etc.
